Ingredients to make Choco Vanilla cookies

  • Refined Flour/ Maida 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Melted butter: 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 2 cups (for baking)
  • Melted chocolate: 1/2 cup

How to make Choco Vanilla cookies

  1. Take melted butter in a pan. Put sugar and vanilla essence in it and whisk it well.
  2. Add flour in it and mix to form a dough
  3. In the meantime heat up your pressure cooker by adding 2 cups of salt and putting wire rack in it
  4. Make small balls from dough and press them to form small discs.
  5. Grease butter on mould and put few discs on it by keeping some distance as they will increase in size.
  6. Put mould on the wire rack and close the lid by removing whistle.Let it bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes check cookies by inserting tooth pick.
  7. If they are done remove them from heat. If not cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Now take melted chocolate and dip cookies in it. Let them set for 10 minutes.
My Tip: Chocolate sause can be used for dipping also.
