Ingredients to make Egg chop.

  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 3 boiled potatoes mashed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • Handful of fresh chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2tsp pepper powder
  • 1/8tsp turmeric powder
  • 1TSP cumin POWDER
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • oil for frying

How to make Egg chop.

  1. Heat a wok, add 2tsp oil.
  2. Add onion n green chillies and fry until raw smell goes
  3. Add the mashed potato and mix well, add salt, pepper, turmeric powder and cumin powder, mix well. Add coriander leaves and cook until the potato mixture starts leaving the sides of the wok.
  4. Now take each egg, cover thoroughly with potato mixture, roll on bread crumbs and deep fry.
