CARAMEL STEAMED YOGURT

Ingredients to make CARAMEL STEAMED YOGURT

  • ½ cup caramel sauce , , blanched and slivered
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 400 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 10-12 pistachios blanched and slivered
  • 6-8 almonds , blanched and slivered

How to make CARAMEL STEAMED YOGURT

  1. Combine yogurt, condensed milk, caramel sauce and milk in a bowl and whisk. Strain the mixture in another bowl.
  2. Transfer mixture into individual earthen pots and cover with aluminium foil.
  3. Heat some water in a deep non-stick pan. Place a steamer on top and bring water to boil.
  4. Place earthen pots in the steamer, cover and steam for 10 minutes. Remove from steamer and bring down to room temperature. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  5. Discard the foil and garnish with pistachio slivers and almond slivers.
  6. Serve chilled.
