Ingredients to make Green Diwali with Green gourd kebabs

  • Gourd long 1
  • Suji 2tbsp
  • onions 2 chopped
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Besan2cups
  • Rice flour 1cup
  • salt to taste
  • Chat masala and chilli powder 2tbs each
  • 2tbs oil
  • sprig curry leaves

How to make Green Diwali with Green gourd kebabs

  1. Decoat gourd cut into rounds with 1cm thickness. Make equal size holes in the middle. Keep the rings marinate with salt.
  2. Now chop the middle scooped gourd addchopped onions suji Chat masala and chilli powder mix well. Heat 1tsp oil and saute the mix till done. Fill them in the middle scooped gourd rings. Dip in the batter of besan and rice flour .fry in a non stick flat pan till golden brown. Garnish with curry leaves

My Tip:

Gourd should be equal size..besan paste should be thick.serve hot with tea or coffee
