  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp soda
  • Chocolate essence few drops
  • Chocolate chunks as required

How to make Whole Wheat Eggless Black Forest Cake

  1. Sieve together the wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, chocolate essence and milk powder. Now pour this into the flour mixture and whisk it well together.
  3. Grease the baking tray with butter and dust the maida on it.
