Sabudana Aloo Tikki

Ingredients to make Sabudana Aloo Tikki

  • Soaked sabudana 1 cup
  • Boiled potato 2 medium size
  • ginger and Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Rajgara atta 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Sabudana Aloo Tikki

  1. Soak the sabudana for 2 hours.
  2. Boil the potatoes, then peel and mash them. Keep aside.
  3. Drain out the water from the sabudana. No water should remain in it, otherwise the mixture will start to leave water.
  4. Take a bowl, add in the sabudana and mashed potato, then add in all the spices, ginger-chilli paste in it. Take some amount of mixture and give it pattice shapes or any shape of your choice.
  5. Heat the oil and deep fry these pattices.
  6. Serve them hot with any coriander chutney.

My Tip:

After preparing the mixture, immediately fry it otherwise it may start to leave water from the sabudana.
