Special Sesame Chicken

Ingredients to make Special Sesame Chicken

  • chicken 1 kg
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • sesame seeds 2 tsp
  • Whole red chillies 4-5
  • garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Broccoli- 1 cup
  • mushroom- 2 cups
  • Red capsicum- 1/2 cut in squares
  • Yellow capsicum- 1/2 cut in squares
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • water 1/4 cup
  • oil as required

How to make Special Sesame Chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, chilli powder and salt. Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add in the sesame seeds, then add in the whole red chillies, add in the garlic and saute till the sesame crackles.
  3. Then add in the marinated chicken and 1 tsp chilli powder with 1 glass of water. Cook for some time. Then add in the whole mushroom and broccoli.
  4. Once all is cooked well, add in the bell peppers. Thicken the gravy with water and corn flour, then simmer and cook till it's done.
  5. Serve it warm.

My Tip:

Serve it with garlic tossed noodles.
