Ingredients to make Coconut Chutney with Green Mango

  • 2 Cups freshly grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp raw green mango chopped
  • 2-3 button onions
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • A few curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to make Coconut Chutney with Green Mango

  1. Grind the coconut in the mixer with salt, after a few seconds add the onions and green chillies.
  2. Add the curry leaves and process for 20 seconds.The onions, green chillies and curry leaves should be visible in small bits .
  3. The chutney should be rough in texture.
