Flax Seed Laddoo

Ingredients to make Flax Seed Laddoo

  • 250 gm Flex seed
  • 2 table spoon honey
  • Mixed nuts ( Cashew, almonds, pumpkin seeds, resins, dates etc)

How to make Flax Seed Laddoo

  1. Dry roast flax seed on a non-stick pan on low heat for 5 minutes. These seeds will crackle a lot.
  2. Cool and pound them mixie to make powder. mix nut in the last run of mixie , so they are not very powdered.
  3. Add Honey in Flax seed powder and make laddoo. keep them in a fridge

My Tip:

Adjust the amount of honey, Add some dates and resins and reduce the honey. 1 ounce (3 tbsp) serving of flaxseeds contains: Omega-3 (ALA) 6,338mg Fiber 8g Protein 6g Vitamin B1 31% RDA Manganese 35% RDA Magnesium 30% RDA Phosphorus 19% RDA Selenium 10% RDA Also, flaxseeds contain a good amount of vitamin B6, Iron, potassium, copper and zinc.
