Cheesy Mushroom Roll

Ingredients to make Cheesy Mushroom Roll

  • 1 packet mushrooms finely chopped
  • 8 Sandwich bread slices
  • 2 medium onions finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 4 tablespoons coriander leaves finely chopped
  • ghee to saute
  • salt to taste
  • 1cup Grated Cheese

How to make Cheesy Mushroom Roll

  1. Pour ghee in a kadai. Add ginger garlic paste to saute
  2. Add chopped onion. Saute it till it becomes pink
  3. Add chopped tomato and saute well in low flame
  4. After it is well cooked add all spices and salt. Saute it for few seconds.
  5. Add finely chopped mushrooms. Saute for two more minutes. Cover and cook for two minutes. Open the lid and let it cook till dry
  6. Sprinkle coriander leaves
  7. Take one slice of bread remove sides and roll it thin with a rolling pin spread cheese and mushroom mix and wet the sides of the bread with water and roll it and seal the sides
  8. Bake it till brown or fry in oil
  9. Serve it hot

My Tip:

Chop all vegetables as finely as possible
