Ingredients to make Aloo Samosa

  • all purpose flour 1/4 kg
  • potatoes 2 big cut into pieces
  • oil for frying
  • coriander leaves a handfull
  • Green chilli 4
  • ginger garlic paste - a tsp
  • cumin seeds a tsp
  • salt as desired

How to make Aloo Samosa

  1. Prepare dough with salt. Keep it hard the way you prepare for poori
  2. Peel potatoes cut into small pieces .
  3. Prepare green chutney in a mixer using coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  4. In a pan add a little oil, cumin seeds potato pieces, 1 tsp coriander, turmeric, chilli powder and salt. add 4 tsp green chutney in it.
  5. This is the filling for samosas
  6. Now with a small samosa mould make samosas put filling and seal it properly using little water.
  7. Fry it in oil till golden brown on both sides
  8. Enjoy during lunch time with chutney and sauce

My Tip:

You can also add chaat masala and garam masala in the filling.
