Ingredients to make Stuffed Multigrain Pan Cake

  • Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • maida1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup, rava
  • gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt to taste
  • For stuffing - grated onion 1 medium, 1 tsp paste ginger garlic, tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • oil, salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup paneer cubes
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

How to make Stuffed Multigrain Pan Cake

  1. For pan cakes -Mix all the ingredients and make a batter of flowing consistency.
  2. Heat a tawa or a non-stick pan. Pour 1/4 cup of batter and cook on both the sides.
  3. For stuffing - take a pan, add oil. Add onions saute until light brown, add ginger garlic paste and peas and saute well, now add tomato puree and add all dry spices saute well at the end put the beaten egg and stir well. Garnish with green chilly
  4. And green coriander leaves and Paneer cubes. let the stuffing cool.
  5. Fill the stuffing in the prepared pancakes. Serve
