Sweet and Spicy Amla

Ingredients to make Sweet and Spicy Amla

  • Amlas 250 g
  • red chillies 8
  • red chilli pwdr 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric pwdr pinch of
  • salt as per taste
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • mustard oil 1 tbs
  • jaggery 1tbs
  • Chat masala 1/2

How to make Sweet and Spicy Amla

  1. Wash the Amla and make some cuts on it. Take a Pan and heat the mustard oil till it gets heated nd put ajwain till it crackles.
  2. After few seconds put green or red chillies and stir it . add all spices and mix well. Add amlas till it gets cooked. add jaggery and mix it well. turn off the gas and add chat Masala over it and mix well
  3. Sweet and spicy amla is ready
