Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients to make Grilled Sandwich

  • Brown bread slices - 4
  • Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cheese grated - 1/2 cup
  • potatoes (boiled) - 2 medium
  • egg (boiled and sliced) - 2
  • tomatoes (sliced) - 2 medium
  • cucumber (sliced) - 1 medium
  • onion (sliced) - 1 medium
  • carrot (grated)- 1/2 cup
  • capsicum (chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • olive Oil
  • salt - to taste

How to make Grilled Sandwich

  1. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, pepper powder and mix.
  2. Spread the mashed potato on the slices of bread.
  3. Take 2 slices of bread and place cucumber, tomato, onion and egg slices one by one. Sprinkle chopped capsicum, grated carrot and cheese, salt and pepper powder.
  4. Place the other two bread slices over them.
  5. Grill the sandwiches applying a little Olive Oil .
  6. Cut the sandwiches after grilling.
  7. Garnish the sandwiches with grated carrot, chopped capsicum and cheese and serve with tomato slices, cucumber slices and tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

If you are vegetarian, avoid eggs
