Ingredients to make PavBhaji

  • 1cup gobhi florets
  • 2 medium size potatoes
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • ginger garlic 1 tbsp grated
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • oil to fry
  • butter
  • salt
  • Chat massla
  • Ready made pav
  • Red chili powder
  • coriander Powder
  • haldi powder
  • amchur powder
  • Lemon and coriander for garnish

How to make PavBhaji

  1. Boil all veggies except capsicum in a cooker for 1 whistle. Cut tomatoes and onion
  2. Add oil and butter mix in a pan. Add jeera then add onion and green chilies and capsicum, fry for few minutes then Add grated ginger garlic
  3. Saute and then add tomatoes.And cook till tomatoes are mushy. Add all the masalas and all vegetables. Mix well.
  4. With the help of masher mash all vegetables to a bhaji consistency. Cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with lemon and coriander
  5. Slit pav and add butter and fry on tawa til it is slight crispy. Serve hot pav bhaji to your loved ones.
