Ingredients to make Fresh Cream Trifle Pudding

  • Cake slices 10 (eggless)
  • Cranberry juice 1 cup
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Custard powder 5tbsp
  • Mixed fruits 1 cup chopped
  • Fresh whipped cream 1 cup
  • sugar 5 Tbsp

How to make Fresh Cream Trifle Pudding

  1. Place the layers of cake in a glass dish
  2. Add cranberry juice on cake slices
  3. Heat milk to boil .Add dissolved custard powder in 5 tbsp cold milk
  4. Add sugar
  5. Cook till the custard becomes thick.
  6. Pour on cake slice when slightly cool
  7. Layer it with chopped fruits
  8. Beat cream till double
  9. Pipe on pudding
  10. Keep in the refrigerator. Serve chilled

My Tip:

You can use tang of any flavour and add few drops of red colour. Gives a nice combination of colours
