Ingredients to make Egg and Capsicum Chappathi Roll/Egg Bellpepper Wrap

  • 3 Rotis/Chapathis
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1- onion chopped
  • 1- Green capsicum (chopped)
  • salt
  • oil
  • pepper powder

How to make Egg and Capsicum Chappathi Roll/Egg Bellpepper Wrap

  1. Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped onions until they turn translucent, add in the chopped green capsicum and saute for a while.
  2. Meanwhile beat the eggs with salt and pepper powder. Add in the sauteed onions, capsicum and stir well.
  3. Add few drops of oil, pour enough egg mixture, spread as an omelette and cook in simmer, drop a chappathi over the egg mixture.
  4. Flip the chappathi and cook for a while. Transfer it to the a plate and continue the same process.
  5. Roll the chappathi tightly, cut into two and serve it.
