ABOUT Egg and Capsicum Chappathi Roll/Egg Bellpepper Wrap RECIPE

With less time and less efforts,you can dish out this ultimate egg and capsicum chappathi roll If you have frozen pre-cooked chappathis in your freezer. I have added chopped green capsicum to the usual onion loaded eggs, if you don't want to add capsicum you can skip it completely. However, the addition of capsicum makes this wrap more interesting and adds the crunchiness to this incredible chappathi roll.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 Rotis/Chapathis
  2. 3 - Eggs
  3. 1- Onion chopped
  4. 1- Green capsicum (chopped)
  5. Salt
  6. oil
  7. Pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped onions until they turn translucent, add in the chopped green capsicum and saute for a while.
  2. Meanwhile beat the eggs with salt and pepper powder. Add in the sauteed onions, capsicum and stir well.
  3. Add few drops of oil, pour enough egg mixture, spread as an omelette and cook in simmer, drop a chappathi over the egg mixture.
  4. Flip the chappathi and cook for a while. Transfer it to the a plate and continue the same process.
  5. Roll the chappathi tightly, cut into two and serve it.
