Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curry leaves( finely chopped)-1/2 cup
  2. Spinach(finely chopped)-1 cup
  3. Chana daal soaked-1 cup
  4. Crushed ginger-1 tsp
  5. Oil-1 tsp
  6. Rai-1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water-1 cup
  9. Tomato slices.

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai. Add oil. Now add rai. Cook for two minutes. Add ginger. Cook for one minute.
  2. Add curry leaves, spinach and chana daal. Add salt and 1 cup water.
  3. Cover the kadhai. Cook for 10 minutes or till daal softens.
  4. When it is cooked let the bhaji dry completely.
  5. Garnish with tomato slices.
  6. Serve with paratha or rice.
