Corn Kaju Palak Paneer with Makiroti

Ingredients to make Corn Kaju Palak Paneer with Makiroti

  • palak 500gm
  • onions 3
  • kaju 50gm
  • Green chilli 4
  • Paste of 2 tomatoes
  • corns 50 gms
  • paneer 200gms
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • Makai flour
  • 1tsp oil
  • cream for garnishing
  • jaggery

How to make Corn Kaju Palak Paneer with Makiroti

  1. Clean palak and blanch it
  2. In a pan boil 1 glass water, after that add Kaju, green chillies and onions, boil the mixture till it become soft
  3. In a pan take take little oil, add ginger garlic paste, fry for a minute, then add tomatoes puree paste, fry till it leaves oil
  4. Grind kaun onions paste, and add to the pan
  5. Fry the mixture for few minutes
  6. After that add palak puree, salt and garam masala
  7. Mix well
  8. At last add paneer cubes, and sweet corn to the pan
  9. Garnish with cream
  10. Makai roti - Knead makai flour with lukewarm ginger water. Leave the flour for 10 min.
  11. Again knead the dough again . And make chapatis
