Majjige Kodubale

Ingredients to make Majjige Kodubale

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 2 Cups Sour butter Milk
  • Green chilli paste made of 3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp jeera seeds
  • curry leaves and coriander leaves
  • Asfoetida 2 pinches
  • salt to taste
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Majjige Kodubale

  1. Take kadai add butter milk,green chilli paste,jeera,salt,coriander and curry leaves,asfoetida ,salt and let it boil
  2. Add rice flour and stir till the mixture gets thick ,about 2 minutes
  3. Let it cool . Apply oil to the hands and make thick rings and join the edges
  4. Deep fry in medium heat
  5. Serve with coconut chutney
