ABOUT Fruit Lassi RECIPE

One of the best Indian beverage recipe to try in summer.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Apple - 1 small cubed
  2. Banana - 1, large, peeled and sliced
  3. 3. Watermelon - 1 cup, cubed
  4. 4. Musk melon - 1/2 cup OR ripe mango
  5. 5. Black grapes - 1/3 cup, seedless
  6. 6. Yogurt - 1 1/2 cups, thick and chilled
  7. 7. Cardamom powder - pinch
  8. 8. Sugar - 1-2 tbsp, heaped OR Honey
  9. 9. Ice cold water - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. 1. Keep cut fruits in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Blend all the ingredients except ice cubes until smooth and frothy.
  2. 2. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
  3. 3. Ready to serve.
