Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spaghetti 100 grams
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. 1/2 finely chopped capsicum
  4. 2 tomato finely chopped
  5. 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp basil dry
  7. 1 tbsp finely chopped fennel leaves
  8. 1 tsp pepper powder
  9. 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Grated cheese 2 tbsp
  12. Olive oil 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Boil water, add spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes. Strain and then keep under running cold water. Keep aside .
  2. Heat the pan and add oil. When oil is hot add garlic and stir for 2 minutes. Add onion, stir and then add capsicum. Stir for a while. Add salt and mix well. Now add tomato and fennel leaves. Mix well for a minute. After a minute add tomato ketchup, basil leaves and pepper and mix well.
  3. Add cooked spaghetti and mix well. Serve with cheese. Yummy and easy spaghetti is ready.
