Ingredients to make Sev puri

  • 24 papdis
  • 1/2 cups boiled potato cubes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • Chaat masala for sprinkling
  • 24 tsp khajur imli chutney
  • 12 tsp green chutney
  • 12 tsp fresh garlic chutney
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cups nylon sev
  • Finely chopped coriander for garnishing

How to make Sev puri

  1. Just before serving arrange 6 papdis on serving plate.
  2. Top each papdis with few potato cube , little onions , sprinkle a little chaat masala over it.
  3. Top it with 1/2 tsp green chutney , 1/2 tsp khajur imli chutney and 1/2 tsp garlic chutney.
  4. Put 1/2 tsp lemon juice and sev over each papdis.
  5. Garshish with coriander.
  6. Serve immediately. You can make 4 plates like this.
