Ingredients to make Tangy Mushrooms

  • 1 pack of mushrooms (10-12 mushrooms)
  • besan 2 tablespoon
  • suji 1 tablespoon
  • chawal ka atta 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon curd
  • 1/4 tsp Ajwain
  • salt and red pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 beetroot grated
  • tomato ketchup (2tablespoon)
  • 1/2 boiled potato
  • oil for frying

How to make Tangy Mushrooms

  1. Take mushrooms and clean them from inside and remove the inner part slightly for beetroot filling.Put the mushrooms in hot water for 2 minutes and keep them aside .
  2. Make the batter of besan,suji,and chawal ka atta using curd and water
  3. Add salt ,Ajwain and red chilli powder
  4. Mix boiled potato,grated beetroot and chat masala and liitle tomato ketchup
  5. Take 1 mushroom fill the beetroot filling and close it with other mushroom
  6. Place 1 tooth pick in between this mushrooms for easy frying
  7. Prepare all the mushrooms like this
  8. Heat the oil
  9. Dip all the mushrooms in the ready batter and deep fry all one by one
  10. Remove the tooth pick
  11. Serve hot with tomato ketchup

My Tip:

We can avoid potato and we can also use paneer instead of potato
