Ingredients to make Bread Oats Cheese Rings

  • 4 bread slices
  • 3/4 cup boiled & cooked Oats
  • ¾ cup finely chopped mixed veggies (capsicum, tomatoes, onions, cilantro leaves)
  • ¼ cup crumbled paneer
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheese
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • salt
  • For butter Spread
  • ¼ cup soft butter
  • 3 garlic pods, crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

How to make Bread Oats Cheese Rings

  1. First let us prepare the bread. Take around 4 bread slices.
  2. Using a big round cookie cutter cut out circles from each bread.
  3. Now take 2 round slices and again cut out little bit smaller circles using a small cookie cutter.
  4. For each disc we need a big bread disc and a ring of same size. Set aside the cut breads.
  5. For the veggie oats filling take all the chopped veggies & oats in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add the crumbled paneer and mix well.
  7. Add cilantro leaves, tomato ketchup, oregano, grated cheese, salt, pepper powder. Mix well.
  8. Now to make the butter spread, take soft butter in a separate bowl.Add chili flakes, crushed garlic and mix well.
  9. Take a tray and arrange the bib bread discs.
  10. Apply garlic butter on all the base bread discs.
  11. Place the bread ring on each disc.
  12. Now fill the center with the prepared veggie filling.
  13. Air fry them till the rings become golden brown color.
  14. Serve cheese rings hot with tea.

My Tip:

Make sure to use fresh bread. You can add any veggies of your choice like grated carrots.
