Ingredients to make Gooey Chocolate Pudding Cake

  • 1 cup maida
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • salt as required
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • For topping -
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup hot boiling water
  • Vanilla ice cream scoops

How to make Gooey Chocolate Pudding Cake

  1. Start with mixing all the dry ingredients, mix it well
  2. Then mix all wet ingredients
  3. Now combine both dry and wet ingredients
  4. Mix it well with spatula or hand blender
  5. The structure would be like a dough
  6. Now transfer it to the convection mode safe casserole, and spread the mixture evenly with spatula, now mix the ingredients which we took for topping that is sugar and cocoa, mix it and spread evenly on the pudding. At last, and important step, o pour 1 cup of hot boiling water on top of all, but be careful after pouring don't use spatula
  7. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C, and bake it for 30-35 min, now let it cool for 20 min, decorate it according to your choice,
  8. Serve it with vanilla ice cream
