About cheese chili Recipe

This is a very easy recipe, enjoyed by everyone.

Ingredients to make cheese chili

  • 4 - onions (Cut in large picecs)
  • 300 gms - capsicum (Cut in large pieces)
  • 250 gms - paneer (in cubes)
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp - turmeric(haldi)
  • 1/4 tbsp - garam masala
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to make cheese chili

  1. In a pan, put oil.
  2. Add onion and capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes
  3. Add haldi, red chili powder, salt and then stir nicely
  4. Put a lid on the pan for 5 minutes.
  5. Now open the lid and check, vegetables should be soft and well cooked by now
  6. Put cubes of paneer and garam masala, stir well.
  7. Put in the tomato sauce and stir well again.

My Tip:

You can also use chopped tomato in this recipe.
