Ingredients to make Whole Wheat Tutti Frutti Cup Cake with Jam Topping

  • Whole wheat flour - 2 cups +4tbsp
  • Brown sugar -1/2cup + 4tbsp
  • Baking powder -1 tsp
  • baking soda- 1/2 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • 3/4 cup of yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Vanilla essence- 1tbsp
  • Tutti frutti -1 cup
  • Jam for topping

How to make Whole Wheat Tutti Frutti Cup Cake with Jam Topping

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C for about 15 minutes.Grease a muffin tray
  2. Mix yougurt water oil and vanilla essence and keep aside
  3. In large bowl sift the flour
  4. Now mix baking soda and baking powder salt and sugar
  5. Now Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. At last add tutti frutti and mix well
  7. Now pour it in muffin try up to 2/3 level and bake for 15 minutes
  8. Or bake till a tooth pick comes out clean
  9. Cool in the rack and decorate with jam using a piping bag
  10. Store it in air tight container.

My Tip:

It tastes better next day. Can bake cake also. For baking a cake, bake for 45 minutes. Can add 2 tbsp of extra sugar if needed
