Ingredients to make Eggless Dry Fruit Muffins

  • 1 cup Plain flour / Maida
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 cup milk pwd
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1cup milk or as required
  • 1/2 cup mix dry fruit chopped
  • 1/4 cup cherry
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence

How to make Eggless Dry Fruit Muffins

  1. Preheat oven at 150 degree°C.
  2. First take all wet ingredients in to bowl and mix very well, to remove any lumps . Then sieve dry ingredients with in wet ingredients.
  3. Mix wet ingredients well with dry ingredients. Fold in mix dry fruit andchopped cherryin to batter. Then scoop batter in to silicon mould.
  4. Bake in the oven at 150 degree°C for 15 mins or until toothpick inserted comes outclear. After muffins are baked, remove moulds from oven and place on the cooling rack.
