Ingredients to make Crunchy Munchy Protien Bhel

  • Roasted moong dal wadi - 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup - teekha masala boondi
  • Corn Boiled - 1/2 cup
  • 3 tsp - masala sing/peanuts
  • Sev bhujia - 4 to 5 tsp
  • pomegranate - 3 to 4 tsp
  • cucumbers (chopped) - 1
  • chat masala to taste
  • chili powder - 2 tsp
  • To make tomato chutney:
  • 2 - tomatoes (big & red)
  • 5 to 6 - red whole chilies soaked in water for 10-15 minutes
  • 1/2 tsp - chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp - hing
  • 1 tsp - jeera/cumin
  • 1 tsp - sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • Roasted papads to serve with
  • Grated cheese to garnish
  • Few Mint leaves

How to make Crunchy Munchy Protien Bhel

  1. Grind the ingredients under tomato chutney in a food processor to make cutney.
  2. In a bowl mix above mentioned dry ingredients for bhel in a bowl. Add spices and salt.
  3. Mix nicely with a spoon. While serving add tomato chutney around 3-4 spoons or according to your taste. Mix again.
  4. Serve with roasted papad triangles. Throw in sev bhujia for an extra zing. Garnish with grated processed cheese & pomegranate and mint leaves.
  5. Dig into crunchy protein bhel.
My Tip: This tomato chutney tastes great in sandwiches too. Do try It.
