Ingredients to make Gajar-matar-gobhi ka achhar in microwave.

  • carrots 2
  • Gobhi florets( 1/2 of a gobhi)
  • peas 15-20
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp musturd rai powder
  • Musturd( sarso ka oil ) 2 tbs.

How to make Gajar-matar-gobhi ka achhar in microwave.

  1. Peel and cut the carrots into thin long fingers, cauliflower into small florets and take out the seeds from peas.
  2. Cook these chopped vegetables in a microwave oven, little water till the these are half cooked. this takes about 3-4 minutes approximately.
  3. Remove them, pat them dry using a kitchen towel, and dry them completely in sunlight.
  4. eat the mustard oil in the microwave oven, add the spices once the oil cools down a bit.
  5. Add this oil & spice mixture to the cooked vegetables along with some vinegar and salt. Give it a good mix and store them in an air tight container. Use it within a week.
