ABOUT Oats Beetroot Paneer Kebab RECIPE

This is ultimate nutritious and power packed kebabs , which are healthy .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/ 2 cup mashed paneer
  2. 1/4 cup par boiled and grated beetroot
  3. 1/2 cup oats
  4. 1/2 boiled mashed potato (optional)
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly
  7. 1/2tsp chaat masala
  8. 1/2 tsp chopped corriender

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and all the above mentioned masala's and keep aside for 5 mins
  2. Make round the mixture and flatten them a little to give shape of kebab.
  3. In a non stick pan or grill pan shallow fry them using very less oil.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney ,ketchup and coriander as garnish
