Ingredients to make Aaloo Matar Tikki

  • For 12 tikkis
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 4 medium sized
  • Boiled fresh peas 2 cups
  • paneer 1 cuo
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • amchur powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chat msala 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Kitchen king masala 1 /2 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chili
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Bread crumbs
  • butter 3 -4 teaspoon to shallow fry tikkis

How to make Aaloo Matar Tikki

  1. Mix all above mentioned ingredients except butter
  2. Divide in 12 equal portions
  3. Pat them to make tikkis.
  4. Shallow fry them in to a nonstick skillet on low heat with little butter

My Tip:

Shallow fry them on low heat to get good crispiness or you can deep fry them after rolling in bread crumbs.
