ABOUT Besan pratha roll RECIPE

It is made of besan, and chapathis. This is like kathi roll without the egg and much more healthier. children don't want to eat roti or chapatti, this is easy way to make them eat roti

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl besan,
  2. 4 Onion [chopped]
  3. 2 green chilies,
  4. Handful of coriander leave's,
  5. Salt,
  6. turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp
  7. Oil,
  8. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Carrom seeds [ajwain] - 1 tsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 th tsp
  11. 4 chapattis

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  2. Mix everything together in a mixing bowl, except the oil.
  3. Make a batter, thin enough like the batter of chilla.
  4. Heat a non stick pan, put a ladle of the batter, spread it like a chila.
  5. Now put chapatti on it
  6. Cover the chapathi with some more besan batter, let this cook and flip to another side, making sure that everything is roasted and cooked properly.
  7. You can use 1 drop of oil on the sides, to make it crispier.
  8. Sever with chutney or sauce
