Ingredients to make Paneer Baby corns Masala Gravy

  • paneer pieces 400 gms
  • Baby corn 8
  • bay leaf 1
  • Kasuri methi 2 tsp
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt
  • oil 3 tsp
  • To Garnish :
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • To Grind :
  • onion 2
  • garlic Pods 4
  • ginger 1/2 inches long piece
  • Big cardamom 2
  • Small cardamom 2
  • cinnamon a 1/2 inch piece
  • tomato large 2
  • Green chilli 1
  • walnut halves 10
  • cloves 4
  • mace 1 strand

How to make Paneer Baby corns Masala Gravy

  1. First cut and chop onions , garlic ginger
  2. Now grind all the ingredients together written above under "to grind "
  3. Keep aside
  4. Cut baby corns in rings
  5. Boil paneer in salted water , immerse in cold water
  6. Heat oil in nonstick pan
  7. Add the paste of onion garlic ginger
  8. Stir and fry for 5_6 mins
  9. Now add cumin , coriander , chilli powder , salt and garam masala powder
  10. Saute for 5 mins
  11. Add baby corns
  12. Cover and cook for 7_8 mins
  13. Strain and add paneer pieces
  14. Add 1 cup of water
  15. Again cover the lid and cook for 5 mins
  16. Now add kasuri methi by rubbing them with your palms
  17. Switch off gas
  18. Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream
