Kids Favourite Dahi Poori With A healthy Twist.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji Poori 20.
  2. Apple 1/2
  3. Banana 1
  4. Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  5. Pear 1/2
  6. Dried Appricot finely chopped 1 tbsp
  7. Corn kernels boiled 1 tbsp
  8. Chat masala 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tsp
  10. Curd 1 cup ( beaten).
  11. Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Chill powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt to taste.
  14. Imli chutney 1 bowl.
  15. Aaloo Bhujia sev 1/2 cup
  16. Coriander leaves to garnish.

Instructions

  1. Chop all fruits finely and mix with chat masala and lime. Keep in fridge.
  2. Mix salt, zeera, chilli powder and powdered Sugar to beaten curd.
  3. Fill the Poories with Fruit Chat.
  4. Pour curd mixture over filled Poories.
  5. Now spread Aaloo Bhujia over it.
  6. Spread Imli Chutney. Garnish with Chopped Coriander leaves and serve.
