Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. maggi noodles
  2. 1/2 - carrot chopped
  3. 1- onions chopped
  4. green chillies
  5. 2 cups - all purpose flour
  6. 1/2 cup - besan
  7. oil as needed
  8. salt

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of the flour, besan, oil and salt in a bowl, keep it aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add onion snad carrot. Saute for 5 mins.
  3. Add the maggi noodles along with its masal and water. Remove from heat when cooked.
  4. Grease a flat pan, pour in2 tbsp of the flour-besan paste. Cook both side. Repeat with the rest of the batter
  5. Take on pancake and add the maggi noodles on top. Roll it in in foil paper.
  6. Serve it with ketchup.
