Pudina pista chutney

Ingredients to make Pudina pista chutney

  • 1 cup pudina leaves
  • 1/4 cup pista soaked
  • 1tspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1tspn chat masala
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tspn curd

How to make Pudina pista chutney

  1. Put everything in blender and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. Chill and serve.

My Tip:

I added curd n chat Masala though it was not in the original recipe.As I find it little bit bland in taste.
