Ingredients to make whole wheat flour sabji

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • water 2 to 3 cups
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1tspn
  • turmeric powder 12 tspn
  • garam masala 12 tspn
  • coriander powder 1tspn
  • curd 3 to 4 tbsn
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  • paste of 2 large onion
  • mixed whole spices like mustard seeds fennel seeds cumin seeds around 12 tspn
  • oil 1 cup

How to make whole wheat flour sabji

  1. make soft dough of wheat flour
  2. let it rest for an hour
  3. wash it under tap water squeezing it so that starch came out
  4. put over sieve to drain water
  5. again kneed it well
  6. pull out small balls from the dough
  7. deep fry these balls
  8. now add oil in a pan .
  9. add whole spices
  10. add ginger garlic past
  11. add onion paste
  12. add dry spices and salt . fry it well
  13. add. curd and cook till oil separates
  14. now add around 2 cups of water in it cook till a boil
  15. add fried flour balls cover it .
