Ingredients to make Left over Roti Churma Laddoo

  • 1 medium size bowl –Left over Churma of chapatis (5-6 chapati)
  • 1 ½ cup- Left over Chashni
  • 10 gm– almonds(cut into 2 vertical halves)
  • 10gm -cashew nut halves
  • 10 gm - raisins
  • 1 tea spoon- Poppy Seed
  • 25gm - grated dried coconut
  • ½ tea spoon Cardamom’s Powder
  • 2-3 table spoon clarified butter (Deshi Ghee)

How to make Left over Roti Churma Laddoo

  1. Make a churma of chapatis with the help of grinder or with hands &Keep aside.
  2. Over a low gas flame heat the deep frying pan heat it with ghee melt it.
  3. Add poppy seed and grated coconut fry little.
  4. Add chapati Churma fry it till light golden brown well then add Left over Chashni mix it well. Mix it for 5 min. then remove from heat.
  5. Add finely chopped almonds, cashew nut, raisins, cardamom’s powder mix all these ingredients well. Make a Sweet n healthy laddoo.
