Ingredients to make Paneer peas roti.(left over)

  • 1 bowl of left over roti, make it crispy by cutting and shallow frying it after adding salt and haldi
  • 1/4 cup green peas, boiled
  • Handful of paneer cubes
  • 2-3 green chillies, slit
  • Few coriander leaves, to garnish
  • 1 small sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Oil as required
  • 1 tsp dhaniya/coriander powder

How to make Paneer peas roti.(left over)

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the jeera, hing, then add the roti and saute till it is a little crispy. Then let it cool.
  2. Now in a pan add the oil and saute the onion, tomatoes and paneer cubes. Add the crispy roti and curd, along with salt, chilli powder, haldi, dhaniya powder, coriander leaves and cook till its dry. Then add the boiled peas.
  3. Stir it properly and serve it hot.
My Tip: If you like soft roti than don't shallow fry, just add the pieces of roti.
