Ingredients to make Wheat muffins

  • wheat flour- 200 gms
  • sugar- 200 gms
  • butter -200 gms
  • Vanilla essense- 1 spoon
  • Baking powder -1 spoon
  • Tutti fruti

How to make Wheat muffins

  1. First sieve wheat flour and baking powder together
  2. In a large bowl add sugar and butter and blend it with a hand mixer or blender till soft and fluffy.
  3. Now add eggs one at a time and then add vanilla essence.
  4. Now add flour and mix gently with a spoon.
  5. In the mean while, preheat the oven to 180C .
  6. Now grease the muffin tray with butter and then coat with flour
  7. Now transfer only half of muffin cup space ( so that it Will not overflow).
  8. Now keep this muffin tray into oven and bake for 25 min.
  9. After 25 mix , check the muffins if baked completly with a tooth pick.
  10. If tooth pick comes out without any sticky substance, then our muffins are ready to cool for 10 min and then serve.
  11. I am sure few muffins will be missing by the time we transfer into our serving plate.

My Tip:

If we dont have electric blender we can use a whisk or regular mixie too
