Ingredients to make Whole wheat yoghurt muffins

  • Whole wheat flour 1 1/4 cup
  • Room temp thick curd 1 cup
  • Raw sugar 3/4 cup
  • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • baking soda 1 tsp
  • Baking powder little more than a tsp
  • Toppings of your choice

How to make Whole wheat yoghurt muffins

  1. Measure all ingredients using standard measuring cup and spoon
  2. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
  3. Mix curd and sugar together
  4. Add in vanilla essence, oil and stir well
  5. Sieve your dry ingredients from a height atleast twice. Mix slowly to your wet ingredients
  6. Keep ready your baking tray. I used paper liners and kept them in a large tray
  7. Scoop batter in moulds and sprinkle some toppings, here I used tutty fruity, candied cherries, blueberry, chopped chocolate pieces
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Check with toothpicks if done. As I used small liners it took exactly 15 minutes.

My Tip:

Coat toppings in some flour and mix it in your batter, putting on top results in flat muffins.
