Ingredients to make Palak & Mooli Paranta with the goodness of Rice flour & wheat flour

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 12 cup palak puree
  • 1 cup grated mooli (squezzed out of water)
  • 12 tsp ajwain
  • salt to taste
  • 12 teaspoon chopped green chilli
  • 12 teaspoon amchur
  • 12 garam masala
  • ghee

How to make Palak & Mooli Paranta with the goodness of Rice flour & wheat flour

  1. Take a bowl, add both flours + all masala's
  2. add 2 tsp oil + palak puree + mooli
  3. make a dough , add water if required
  4. let it rest for 30 mints
  5. Roll out a Parantha
  6. Put it on the tawa & cook it both side while spreading ghee on it
  7. Serve hot with Butter or ghee
