Ingredients to make Chilli Garlic Crab Claws

  • 4 Crab claws
  • 12 cloves garlic chopped
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • oil to deep fry
  • 2tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp red chilli paste
  • 1 CUP chicken STOCK
  • salt to taste
  • 2tbsp cornflour
  • 1tbsp vinegar
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • sesame seeds for garnishing
  • 1 cup spring onion chopped

How to make Chilli Garlic Crab Claws

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep fry the crab claws.
  2. Heat oil in another wok.Add garlic and saute.Add tomato ketchup,chilli paste and stock.When the mixture comes to a boil,add salt,sugar and cornstarch dissolved in water.
  3. Add vinegar to the sauce along with spring onion green and mix.Add the egg in a thin trickle and cook till the egg strands rise to the top.
  4. Place the fried crab claws on a serving plate.Pour the sauce over it and garnish with seasme seeds.
  5. Serve immediately.
