Ingredients to make Tomato & Onion Uttapam!

  • Dosa batter - atleast 12 laddles
  • tomato - 2 cut into small pieces
  • onion - 2 cut similarly
  • coriander leaves - 2 tbspn
  • red chilly powder - little
  • Molgapodi - 1 tspn
  • salt to taste
  • oil - about 2 to 3 tbspn for all uttapam

How to make Tomato & Onion Uttapam!

  1. Take a bowl put the batter in it.... put salt & mix well....
  2. Now take a non stick tawa & heat it.
  3. When hot reduce the flame & spread the batter....
  4. Put chopped tomato & onion pieces over the uttapam.
  5. Put coriander leaves also.
  6. Sprinkle red chilly pwdr & little molgapodi over it
  7. Drizzle oil over the uttapam & let it cook... Flip the uttapam & let it cook on the other side also.... Oil can be drizzled again....
  8. Turn off the gas when done...
  9. Serve hot with chutney of your choice :blush:
