  • maida 1 -1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1/2 tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • sugar 3/4 cup/per taste
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • oil 1/2cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder 1tsp
  • tomato red food colour 1 tsp
  • vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • For frosting - cream Cheese 1/4 cup
  • butter 1/4cup
  • Icing sugar 2 cups
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Beat together cream cheese n butter add icing sugar vanilla essence beat till gets smooth frosting for red velvet cupcakes

How to make Eggless Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Line the muffin tray with paper liners
  3. In a bowl sift maida ,baking powder ,baking soda ,icing sugar ,cocoa powder
  4. Then add oil, milk, curd and vinegar. mix it gently
  5. Pour this mixture into prepared liners
  6. Bake cupcakes at 180 C for 20 minutes
