Crispy Vanila Wheatflour Jalebi

Ingredients to make Crispy Vanila Wheatflour Jalebi

  • 1 cup Wheatflour
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch food colour
  • oil for frying
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water

How to make Crispy Vanila Wheatflour Jalebi

  1. Take all ingredients in bowl and mix with a spatula clockwise
  2. Then add some plain water and make a batter
  3. Keep the batter thick
  4. Now heat oil in a pan for trying jalebi
  5. When the oil is hot, lower the flame
  6. With a help of polybag or a piping bag make jalebi in oil
  7. Now increase the gas flame and fry all jalebies till crispy and golden
  8. Make 1 string sugar syrup ,add 2 sugar and half cup water, food colour, cardamom powder in a pan and make sugar syrup
  9. When the syrup is done add jalebies
  10. Leave it for 5 mins
  11. After 5 mins take out all jalebi's from sugar syrup
  12. Now place all jalebi's in a plate & enjoy

My Tip:

Don't make the batter too thin. The jalebi well not come out well
