Ingredients to make Gud Papdi

  • Wheet flour 1cup
  • Jaggery / gud 1cup
  • Oil 3/4cup
  • Almonds chopped 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder1tsp

How to make Gud Papdi

  1. Heat a pan add oil
  2. After heating add wheat flour roast it on slow flame till golden brown
  3. Add grated jaggery to it mix well turn of gas immediately
  4. Pour this mixture in a greased plate sprinkle finely chopped almonds all over
  5. Cut in pieces let it cool down and it is ready to eat.
