Ingredients to make Thikhra Cheela(Ubbu Dose)

  • Dosa rice 1 cup
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • Flattened rice 1/2 cup
  • salt per taste

How to make Thikhra Cheela(Ubbu Dose)

  1. Wash rice and grind it with grated coconut, flattened rice(optional)salt by adding a little water. Remove the batter from the grinder.
  2. Add more water to the batter. the consistency should be like dosa batter not too thin nor too thick.
  3. Heat mittika Tava,spirinkle some water on tava,pour a spoon full batter in it.cover it with a lid.cook for two to three mins on a medium flame.
  4. Enjoy your dosa with any gravy
